FY2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition Collaborative Application and Priority Listing

In accordance with HUD requirements for the FY 2026 CoC Program Competition, the Collaborative Application and Priority Listing have been posted for public review. These materials reflect the project rankings, funding recommendations, and application components submitted to HUD on behalf of the CoC.

Community members, stakeholders, and project applicants may submit written comments or questions regarding the posted materials by contacting the CoC Lead Agency's Executive Director at mkelly@homelesscoalition.org. Feedback received will be incorporated into the CoC's continuous quality improvement process.
