Local Data

We are the central source for local homelessness data in Southeast Tennessee. From the annual Point-in-Time Count to the real-time By-Name List, our data provides insight into trends, tracks progress, and helps guide community-wide solutions to end homelessness.

The By-Name List (BNL)
is a real-time registry of everyone assessed as experiencing homelessness in our 11-county region.

The Housing Forward Fund (HFF)
is a flexible financial resource designed to help individuals and families in Chattanooga and Hamilton County overcome barriers to stable housing.

This BNL Trends Dashboard
is a tool designed to both guide our homeless services programming and inform the broader community about the evolving patterns of need and movement within the TN-500 CoC.

The Point-in-Time (PIT) Count
is intended to serve as a snapshot of homelessness on a single night in January. The data collected through the PIT Count is a crucial element HUD uses in determining how to best allocate resources for housing services.
